Frequently Asked Questions

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers and PayNow. We prefer bank transfers and PayNow.

For bank transfer and PayNow, payment details will be sent after your order is placed. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after details have been sent, or your order will be automatically cancelled, thank you!

It is our priority to dispatch your items within 3-5 working days upon receiving your order. 

Items will be sent via local courier. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. 

Min shipping fee of S$5 for purchases below S$80.

Anything above S$80 ships for free!

Occasionally a package may still get lost in transit. We will not be liable for any lost or delay of your package once they have been dispatched.

It is our priority to dispatch your items within 3-5 working days upon receiving your order. 

Items will be sent registered mail. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. At times, items may be delayed at customs resulting in a longer time before the items reach you.

Minimum shipping fee of $10 for purchases below S$200 (depending on where you are in this world).

Anything above S$200 ships for a nominal fee of S$10.

Import duties and taxes may incur at customs for overseas customers upon receipt and is to be paid by customer.

We ship to most countries but if your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@ohkitun.com.

You have 30 days to make a return for a refund. If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The item should be mailed back to us within 30 days from the package delivery date.

Please send us an email at ohkitun@gmail.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. You may proceed to return the product to us upon receiving an email confirmation with return instructions from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs or any subsequent damages for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please only use registered post for tracking purposes. 

All returns must be securely packaged. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will not be held responsible by us.

We will provide you with a refund once we have verified that the returned item satisfies the above return conditions. Please note that any refunded amount will exclude any shipping costs which you may have paid for.

Our fabrics are exclusive to us. We work with designers all across the world to translate our interpretation of Asia through art. We believe in good quality fabrics that last, and actively source for certified Organic and Oekotex standard fabrics to give you and your baby the best.
